Yes I did Know Jason well Googs.

He was a good guy and will be missed.

Always had a smile. He gave so much to the sport
and expected so little. He had talent to burn prior to his illness with the door open at many competitive teams but chose to stay with BOC without the accolades.

The day before his admission to hospital and
subsequent death he was playing Golf in the Aust Open
with Robert Andrews and Company who was a pallbearer at his funeral.

Now it is our obligatory responsibility to ensure his wife and infant family are well catered for financially and emotionally just not for the present but well into the future.

Jason was only 35 years of age. The Memorial Service yesterday at Sandown allowed his supporters and the general public who admired his courage to say their final goodbye.
