Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has said his only requirement this season is for the Scuderia to produce a competitive car.

Although I might be wrong I too believe that this thing will be more of an anti dive system, as such it will be used only on the front suspension, the hydraulic cylinders will be part of/fitted to the end of the push/pull rod, when the brake pedal is pressed the braking torque will activate a separate hydraulic system which will energise the hydraulic cylinders effectively lengthening the push/pull rods which will result in the car being kept level front to back instead of diving down under braking.
I don't see any difference between this system activation and that of the EBD mapping activation, the EBD mapping activation was triggered by the driver lifting off the throttle pedal and the FIA said it's against the rules, while this anti dive system is triggered by the driver pressing the brake pedal and the FIA is saying it's ok “within the rules”.
