Richard I agree, that would be when one manufacturer makes most or all the chassis, don't believe that would ever happen in F1, if they couldn't make a competitive tub no one would want it, they would need time to get it right and make it attractive. F1 will never become a manufacturer sport again. Ask yourself who would currently buy a tub if allowed, currently maybe 2 teams. This may encourage others to join F1 if the tub looked competitive.
