mark. i believe the sc should not have been deployed. the likliehood of another car haing an accident half way down the straight, was in the .0000001 % range. i dont like sc anyway, apart from a serious accident. like the drs, it is artificial. and this latest rule allowing lapped cars to unlap themselves? downright stupid! when the sc car comes out, the cars are in their actual road position. why remove the backmarkers from their legitimate position.
on sunday, weaving cars posed a serious hazard to the lapped cars passing them to unlap themselves. apparently the rule states that the leading cars must stay on the racing line, but that didnt happen, yet, no penalties!
