Lets face facts, racers will spend all the money they can get their hands on to win. In light of this wouldn't it make sense to craft technical rules that encourage developments that will benefit the auto industry, particularly in the areas of fuel economy and pollution control? Kaltenborn is correct, there is not a level playing field in F1. That is the nature of competition. Formula One eats teams for breakfast, lunch and supper and only the well-healed winners live to race another day. But by winning, a small team can become a big well-sponsored team, it's rare but exciting to see when it happens. Good luck to Sauber this season!
