I am a bit confused. I thought it was Group Lotus that took Team Lotus to court and subsequently bought the rights to the name. If Group Lotus is no longer involved with Lotus Renault can they not demand the removal of their name from the team / livery if they so wished? Not that they would probably want to do that as now they are getting totally free advertising.
Can Genii not request a further name change this season under the Concorde agreement if they so wished.
