Rubens isn't saying what I'm thinking but I bet he's thinking it. The ovals take risk to a point where driver skill and even car safety can't help you when things go wrong. And people are still dying on the ovals. It's like stepping into the past. He will need luck not only to succeed but to survive, and there's no reliable process for getting hold of that stuff. But there's no reasoning with a dyed-in-the-wool racer.
