I hope they can improve, and this team stick around.

The problem is for Caterham, Marussia and HRT is that the least competitive of the established cars is probably the Force India (or the Ferrari).

So basically these teams are being asked to be on the level of those teams, with all their infrastructure built up over many years (as Jordan etc).

Williams and Sauber have also turned out much more competitive cars than I expected. The result is that the new teams remain at the back, making it look like there is no improvement.

I feel sorry for Glock. When the Lotus (Enstone F1 team) laps him, he must think "I could have been driving that", because he turned down a deal with Renault to drive for Manor/Marussia in 2009/10...
