Googol, once again you managed to pull me back on this subject.
You have proven nothing to me with your quotation of the rules.
It is true that I was quoting a reliable F1 accredited journalist who based his article on expert legal advice he was given, and it's precisely because of the integrity of the journalist and the expert legal advice he was given that as I said, will prefer to lean on rather than on my fellow posters who were totally influenced by the factor of not liking to hear what I said.
