It was only a matter of time, Beryl Ecclescake is making F1 a very tempting commodity when he comes to sell it and it won't be long now, he is very old.
The problem as I see it is that it is a fine balance between selling your product hard to inrease your cash flow and keeping your customer base.
I for one will not be watching F1 if I have to pay more than A. my mandatory BBC licence fee and B my voluntary subscription to Sky.
Beryl will kill his golden goose, but if he sells before, what does he care?
I don't think Beryl cares about any one or anything unless there is dosh involved.
He comes across as that type of guy.
