With this being Ferrari's fourth year in a row spending the first half-season in damage control mode, I really hope that it's Domenicali's last with the team. Strategy has been consistently poor (and disastrous at times), off-season development has been mediocre, and apparently the only bright spot worthy of praise from the announcers has been the excellent pit crew.

Full credit to that great team of mechanics, but it's truly a disappointing state of affairs when the pit crew is far more competitive than the car is.

There are plenty of other great team-bosses out there waiting to be found. Time to go looking.
