Ferrari is making progress with its 2014 F1 engine, revealing that it is already being tested at its headquarters in Maranello.

For good or bad, this is quite a different world. Not long ago, same coments were issued about some "fool" who placed wings on F1 cars. This is called "evolution".
With regulations and banns, lap times keep on falling every year.
It will always be Formula One.
