Ive done a bit or research into the magnificent Paul Ricard Circuit as I was fortunate to visit the track in the early 90s for the French F1 Grand Prix. Its a crying shame the race cannot be reinstated. The research shows the track continues to operate in almost the same way as of old and that the track was purchased by a company owned by none other than (wait for it...) Bernie Ecclestone!!! To say I am amazed is no exaggeration.
