After Japan GP, Sauber has told Kobayashi he needs to find sponsor for 2013 and explain him about Sauber financial situation for 2013.
Nico Hulkenberg doesn't sign with Sauber yet.
If Kobayashi can find sponsor which match Nico Hulkenberg's Sponsor and then he can retain his seat for 2013.
Currently Sauber has very difficult situation regarding to 2013 budget. Sauber has to lose some of Mexican sponsor money in 2013. So their car developing for 2013 is also questionable.
No one can predict about can they build the car like 2012 for 2013 with lesser budget than 2012.
If the car wasn't competitive like 2012 car and then Nico Hulkenberg will be broken heart. Also other Mexican driver is rookie and he is new driver to Sauber. Sauber will be a little bit struggling in 2013. I don't know it good idea to replace both drivers.
I don't think Force India has poor car.
