Sauber admitted that the Indian GP had proved a major disappointment to the team, with both drivers involved in incidents that left them out of the points.

Quit over-reacting. Kobayashi was sandwiched inbetween 2 Williams, he wasn't moving to overtake as nobody overtakes at that corner, simply going for the racing line when he clipped Maldonado.

Stewards saw it as a racing incident, if Kobayashi had made a real move at that stage(which would have been silly) and caused the same accident, they would have penalized him.
