Kaltenborn has been involved in F1 with Sauber since the mid 90s at least, she has the experience and know how. Peter Sauber is an intelligent man, im sure he wouldnt have given her the reigns if she wasnt up to the job. The thing that kills Sauber is that they have always had to operate on a much smaller budget than the front running teams, yet they have succeeded where many other teams who also didnt have the finances of the F1 elite failed.
