g o. in the last race, bianchi was the only driver who could beat frijns. so what did frijns do? he pushed bianchi wide and off the circuit. bianchi was instantly out of the race.

in f1 vettel was penalised when alonso tried a run on the outside, and went off the track. but in frijns case despite the fact that he was trying to pass bianchi on the inside, hence pushing him off, there was NO penalty
