First year or 2 is cut throat in F!, as it should because of the eliteness of the Sport.....Talent is spotted in the first couple of years and Glows in the non competive cars......and this is were the great Champions are born.......My issue is the Soft British drivers who have gotten Legs up into F! because of the bias british team culture.....
There is NO way Button would be in F! if he started at the back of the Grid ,he was a disaster in the williams,,,,he is good now but not a worthy champ imo..and lucky he got the chance to mature....,imagine how many great drivers we would of seen or have,,, if they started in like HILL. BUTTON ,DC, lewis ECT...although prolly lewis would of made it cos of his talent........all rookies should be banned from starting
in teams who had 100 points or more from the previous year....Super licence or not...imo
