McLaren boss Martin Whitmarsh has said he will be 'disappointed' if the team don't take 'another step' in China.

The fact other teams employed a No1 and. 2 driver system however bad for the sport meant Maclaren's ideal of the 'team' comes first was misplaced.
I actually think Maclaren themselves were being narcissistic in this instance.
Ultimately, MW must take responsibility, he took the wins so what about the debacle?
Sure they go in cycles but until Maclaren refresh from the top down, IMHO these 'lean' times will continue.
