Pirelli may juggle compounds from those declared but they will not revert to their 2012 compounds as called for by both Mercedes and RBR.
The FIA wants teams to do two or three pit stops during a race and Pirelli are supplying the tyres to do just that.
Some can make better usage of tyres than others, those complaining have a vested interest to do so.
