Ross Brawn believes that the F1 rules need to be tweaked to avoid a repeat of penalty that affected Lewis Hamilton's grid position in Bahrain.

Agree with Richard. Rules are rules, Brawn's just letting off some steam. He evens says you would end up with debates if you did allow for extenuating circumstances.

Perhaps it should be a three place drop for changed gearbox?
