After a race that saw a bewildering 82 pit stops that confused even the teams and drivers in Spain, Pirelli has agreed that changes are needed to the current tyres.

I don't like the tyres this year, bit other than tweaks they should be left alone - done is done.

FIA need to look at the rules regarding tyres. My opinion is that teams need earlier access to the full tyre - at the end of a season for preference.

Mercedes have admitted that they failed to predict the performance of tyres from the 2/3rds mock up they were given, and I suspect that their performance is the worst for the capabilities of the car otherwise.
