35. Pirelli were told that running current car "in season" was NOT permitted. (see this story!). yes, cars are set up for specific drivers, for instance, lulu uses different brakes to nico. yes, delamination is a safety concern, and I sid this from when the first delamination occurred. oddly enough, Pirelli denied that it was a safety concern!!!! if there was a vital need to reconstruct the tyres, then ALL teams had to agree. we know that force india vetoed the idea, but Pirelli went ahead anyway.
yes. the fia have responsibility....for not spotting what Pirelli/merc were doing, for not taking immediate and positive action, etc
