Williams makes a personnel change at the very top of its engineering tree, with Pat Symonds replacing Mike Coughlan over the course of the next few weeks.

Sure Pat's record isn't completely clean, but I think this is a great signing for Williams. He has time to have his input in the 2014 car so that will be great. IMHO, Williams just needs to ditch this season, have a bare bones team run the 2013 car and throw everything + the kitchen sink at 2014.
