Toro Rosso may regret not giving this guy a bit more time to mature in either GP2 or FR3.5. It is a big step to go into the F1 pressure cooker at such a young age. It's not like he's getting some time in as a reserve driver, or as a Friday practice driver, or joining a back marker team to get used to the tempo of F1, he will be expected to challenge for points at Toro Rosso.
