Mercedes F1 chairman Niki Lauda says he is doing all he can to persuade Ross Brawn to remain on board into 2014.

Richard, If Lulu had been asked his thoughts on Brawn leaving a few months ago he'd have been worried, but now that he's realised that success in F1 is all about having the right hat I don't think he'll fear anything.

Other than someone nicking his hat, obviously.
