bouie. yes, that is the reason why rounded noses were required. and in fact, the fia model for this years nose was based on a rounded nose but just at the lower level. however, some decided that they could cut away the sides and still remain legal current macca is a better version of the pointy nose, but merc and ferrari are closer to what was required.
