“What the FIA needs to do!” whatever the FIA will do it is a guaranty that “it will all be because of what the FIA did”.
Some time ago it was being said that formula one's strategy group- the new rule making body could well be illegal.
This strategy group, which replaced the sporting and technical working group consists of 18 voting members equally split between the FIA, the rights holders and 6 leading teams, FERRARI, RBR, Mclaren, Mercedes, Williams and then the next highest placed team (now Lotus).
