Post-qualifying fuel weights in Singapore

Lewis Hamilton appears to be in good shape for the Singapore Grand Prix after the FIA published the post-qualifying weights for the event.

Hamilton's pole lap came despite him carrying one of the heavier fuel loads amongst the Q3 runners, with only Robert Kubica and McLaren team-mate Heikki Kovalainen carrying more fuel amongst the top ten. Toyota's Timo Glock was carrying the same fuel as the Briton.

Nick Heidfeld in seventh was carrying the lowest amount of fuel, followed by Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber as the Red Bull pair secured slots on the front two rows of the grid.

In terms of the inter-team title battle between Rubens Barrichello and Jenson Button, an interesting race is in prospect once fuel is taken into account. Following his five place grid penalty for a gearbox change, Barrichello will start tenth but is carrying 27.5 kilos of fuel less than team-mate Button who starts two places behind - with strategy set to play a major part in the battle between the pair.

Force India is another team to have opted for wildly different fuels loads, with Tonio Liuzzi set to start from the back of the field at a weight of 656.0 kilos, but team-mate Adrian Sutil starting as the heaviest car on the gri at 693.0 kilos.

Wosideg, what are you silently protesting about? And how do you think the TV companies compile their viewing figures? Are you one of the 11,000 homes monitored as part of the BARB survey? If not, who do you think is ever going to know about your protest?

Sokudo: "with hamilton heavier than a few people, he'll be quite slow" How do you figure that? He wasn't slow in qualifying despite the extra fuel.
