Qualifying for the Brazilian Grand Prix proved to be the toughest of the season with heavy rain affecting proceedings at Interlagos.

The weather, which had already affected final practice earlier in the day, returned for qualifying to play havoc with proceedings, with drivers going off track and widespread confusion in the paddock over exactly what was happening.

As expected, there were conflicting views over whether the session should resume after Tonio Liuzzi crashed heavily in Q2, but the big question is, should the session have even started considering how bad the conditions were.
