The FIA has published the entry list of teams that will contest the 2010 F1 World Championship - and given away a poorly-concealed paddock secret into the bargain.

In the absence of a resolution in the ongoing Toyota/Sauber situation - with the former remaining 'formally bound by the Concorde Agreement to put forward a team for participation, though it has indicated that it will not be in a position to do so' and the latter waiting in the wings following last week's sale by BMW - there are twelve teams and 24 cars on the list.

The governing body states that 'an announcement will be made regarding [the 13th entry] in due course', but perhaps even more interesting is the revelation that Manor Grand Prix is listed under the name of Virgin Racing, seemingly confirming the widely-held belief that billionaire entrepreneur Richard Branson's Virgin Group is to come on-board the Sheffield-based, John Booth-led outfit as a title sponsor and rename the team in its own image - a significantly greater involvement than it had with double 2009 F1 World Champions Brawn GP.

What's more, the fact that debutant Bruno Senna - nephew of legendary three-time world champion Ayrton Senna - appears as car number 21 rather than 20 possibly hints that Campos Meta 1 is seeking a more experienced hand to occupy its leading cockpit. Curiously, the Spanish operation is also the only one of the 2010 newcomers without Cosworth marked down as its engine-supplier.
