F1 POLL results: Raikkonen will be missed

Fans say sport will be poorer without 2007 F1 World champion Kimi Raikkonen.

Last month, Crash.net asked you to vote on if F1 will miss Kimi Raikkonen in 2010.

Voting closed late last week, with a clear majority, 62 per cent, saying they will miss the former Ferrari and McLaren man next year, when he will switch to the World Rally Championship and compete in a Citroen C4 WRC.

Indeed only 25 per cent said they will not be sorry to see the back of the 2007 F1 World champion.

Definitely he did his talking on the track: 62 per cent
He won't be missed: 25 per cent
To some extent: 13 per cent

I'll definitely miss him in F1. Nobody on the grid with his sheer pace save maybe -dare I say although I'm not a fan- Hamilton. The Monaco qualifying lap this year and the performance at Spa were some of those special moments where the driver takes the car to another level. Those moments are quite rare, even in F1, so yes, he was one of the drivers you go watch the race for, so he'll be missed.

kimi was nobobys bitch and i will miss him so much the only driver to always speak the truth and do his own thing,what a talent there was no messing or politics with him what you see is what you got all out speed. :)
