The 2010 Renault
R30 is the first car to be launched under the Enstone-based outfit's new Genii Capital management, and when it was officially presented at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia today (Sunday), it certainly caught the attention.
The bold, striking yellow-and-black livery has been likened to a bumblebee, and is a clear throwback to the iconic Renault
colours of old, from the French manufacturer's original stint in the top flight in the late 1970s and early-to-mid 1980s.
The team also used the opportunity to unveil new race driver Vitaly Petrov alongside former Canadian Grand Prix-winner Robert Kubica, and announced Jérôme d'Ambrosio and Ho-Pin Tung in its reserve roles.
