Welcome to this season's third instalment of the exciting Inside Grand Prix initiative – the programme that provides all the insider knowledge, gossip and news from the F1 2010 World Championship, this time from the Sepang international Circuit close to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.

Sepang is a much better track than any of the new tracks in the Middle-East & is certainly more exciting than Monaco & Singapore. If the rain doesn't spoil the fun on Sunday, it could well be one of the best races for the 2010 season.
