Latest F1 championship standings

Championship standings post-Malaysian Grand Prix at the Sepang International Circuit, round three on the F1 2010 schedule.

Felipe Massa moves to the top in the battle for the 2010 F1 drivers' championship - but the real mover is Sebastian Vettel, who vaults up from seventh to joint second with Fernando Alonso, thanks to his fantastic win in Malaysia.

Massa will now go to the Chinese Grand Prix in two weeks time with 39 points on the board, just 2 more than Alonso and Vettel. Jenson Button and Nico Rosberg round out the top five, both with 35 points, with Lewis Hamilton on 31, Robert Kubica on 30 and Mark Webber on 24.

In the Constructors' championship, Ferrari stays top, with 76 points - although McLaren closes the gap from 16 points to 6. Red Bull Racing moves up to third, thanks to a dominant 1-2 result, only 5 points behind McLaren – 66 points versus 61.

What a race!! Well done to Seb, Mark and Nico, the red bulls really earned this result as did Nico scoring mercs 1st podium. Kubica is making a good show after his awful season with BMW in 09. Well done to Felipe for moving up to lead the championship as many thought that he was finished racing after Hungary. Congrats to to Jaime and Nico H for scoring their 1st ever points
