Welcome to this season's fifth instalment of the exciting Inside Grand Prix initiative – the programme that provides all the insider knowledge, gossip and news from the F1 2010 World Championship, this time from the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, home to this weekend's Spanish Grand Prix.

Now in its tenth year, this successful magazine show will put you, the viewer, in pole position ahead of every grand prix, courtesy of a comprehensive preview of each race that makes full use of unique access to drivers and teams to bring fans exclusive interviews and stories that would otherwise go unseen.
