Just days after it confirmed that it was severing all ties to chassis builder Dallara following its frustrating start to the 2010 Formula One season, Hispania Racing has revealed details of a management restructuring.

After a hectic start to its debut campaign, the Spanish team - which began life as Campos Meta1 and came close to not even making the grid until Jose Ramon Carabante staged a management buy-out - fell out with Italian supplier Dallara over the quality of its car and formally ended its relationship on Wednesday [see story here].

With HRT now pressing ahead with its own development programme - after claiming that Dallara had produced no upgrades in the first six races - a review of the team's organisation was deemed necessary, with president Carabante pulling together a new board of directors comprising Miguel Boyer Salvador, Alberto Cortina Alcocer, Carlos Cutillas Cord?n, Manuel Delgado Sol?s, Luis Delso Heras, Julio D?az Freijo, Fernando Fern?ndez Tapias and Jose Luiz Zanetty Due?as.

"This shows how HRT F1 Team, Hispania Racing, is strongly trying to keep on growing day by day in order to develop to a more strong, lasting and competitive team in F1," a brief statement announced, "HRT F1 Team, Hispania Racing, also wants the FIA, the Spanish Driving Federation and all the Spanish supporters to take note of their commitment."

The new members will take up their roles during the team's next ordinary shareholders meeting.
