McLaren's Lewis Hamilton has re-taken the lead in the battle for the F1 2010 drivers' championship following his victory at the Belgian Grand Prix today, his third win of the season.

Hamilton now has 182 points on the board, 3 more than Mark Webber, who took the runners-up spot at Spa and who drops to second on 179. Sebastian Vettel stays third, despite failing to score, but he is now 28 points off his team-mate. Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso remain fourth and fifth, even though they too also left round 13 empty-handed after not finishing.

In the Constructors' championship, Red Bull Racing hangs onto P1, but McLaren closes the gap from 8 points to just 1.

Neo: "Button, Had a good start, should have entered pits for new wing and tyres instead of blocking everyone and ending his race." The damage to the wing was minor and he was more than entitled to defend his second place. It was hardly his fault that he got hit by Vettel. He could easily have kept a good position and, if the wing was really a problem, changed it at his scheduled tyre stop, or maybe even get a free change under a safety car period.

Good race! Hamilton deserves this win, kept it cool all through the race. Webber fumbled in the beginning and then regained with good driver, RedBull is not up to McLaren performance on wet conditions. Vettel, Mad man behind wheels. Must be crying in his motorhome to see webber taking solid lead and disappointing his bosses. Alonso, Good to seem him out. Button, Had a good start, should have entered pits for new wing and tyres instead of blocking everyone and ending his race.
