Latest F1 championship standings

Mark Webber hangs onto the lead in the drivers' championship post-Singapore, while Red Bull Racing extends its lead in the constructors' to 24 points.

Red Bull Racing's Mark Webber remains in the lead in the battle for the F1 2010 drivers' championship, after finishing third in the Singapore Grand Prix today.

Webber now has 202 points on the board, 11 more than Fernando Alonso, who now moves up to second in the standings after taking his second win in a row and the maximum 25 points.

Lewis Hamilton drops to third, 9 points further back, after another DNF. Sebastian Vettel and Jenson Button are fourth and fifth, split by just 4 points - 181 points versus 177.

In the Constructors' championship, Red Bull Racing extends its lead over McLaren from 3 points to 24, while Ferrari cuts the gap to P2 from 57 points to 40 thanks to its 1-8 finish.

Well, if they cancel Korea then Webber is laughing.... mind you, they could arrange an extra GP at Brands Hatch like they did in the 80s...

From 1st to 4th place in the championship is less than 25 points(ie a GP win) and with the 8 engines for the season rule coming into the equasion anything is possible-watch this space!!!
