Doubts remain about the adjustable rear wing as F1 2011 pre-season testing comes to a close this week.

According to reports by Spanish sports newspaper AS there is also speculation that there could be some changes to the rules, possibly ahead of the new opener in Australia at the end of this month. Indeed it is understood the Grand Prix Drivers' Association, which is now headed by Rubens Barrichello, met with FIA officials this week and voiced unease about the adjustable rear wing, as well as the level of degradation being experienced with the Pirelli tyres.

Earlier this month F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone also questioned the new rear wing rules [see separate story - click here], while in February, the drivers' appeared more divided over the device, which has been brought in to try and aid overtaking.
