So, one race into the F1 2011 World Championship campaign – and by extension, therefore, one race into the new BBC F1
commentary line-up of Martin Brundle and David Coulthard – we want to know what you make of the Beeb's experiment so far.
There was considerable consternation expressed amongst the sport's fans when the corporation officially confirmed in January that it was promoting Brundle to the role of lead commentator in-place of former Radio 5 Live
man Jonathan Legard, and slotting Coulthard in alongside him.
Although many were, to be truthful, not unhappy to see Legard go, similarly they were far from convinced that 'DC' was the right man to step into the breach, worrying that the Scot would be too bland, too corporate and ultimately too Red Bull-biased to make an effective foil to the popular Brundle.
Coulthard, certainly, seemed to cope admirably with the challenge of dovetailing his new commentary duties with his pre-existing punditry position alongside BBC F1
anchorman Jake Humphrey and colourful ex-team owner Eddie Jordan over the Australian Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne – but what did you think about the new pairing?
