Di Montezemolo demand improvement

Luca di Montezemolo calls for improvement from Ferrari after below-par showing in the Chinese Grand Prix
Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has called on the team to make a drastic improvement after a below-par start to the 2011 F1 season.

Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa have yet to finish on the podium after three races and were well off the pace in the Chinese Grand Prix at Shanghai – trailing in sixth and seventh to leave Ferrari 55 points behind Red Bull in the constructors' championship.

With the 150° Italia having been one of the pre-season pacesetters, Ferrari is set to focus on making improvements for the return to Europe in attempt to close the gap to the leaders with di Montezemolo saying that improvements have to come quickly.

“This cannot and must not be the team's level,” he told Ferrari's official website. “It's a very delicate moment. I expect our engineers to act with determination and know-how, unleashing the maximum of their capacity to improve the performance of the car in a short time.

“I want Ferrari to be at the level that both we and our fans demand it should be.”

Apparently Hekki doesn't feel the same way. He was the first to congradulate Lewis exiting his car. You know he had to walk a pretty good distance to give lewis a hug and handshake. My hat is off to Hekki. Very nice gesture.
