Jenson Button moved to the top of the times to lead the way after a dry second free practice session in Istanbul ahead of the Turkish Grand Prix.

Button was near the top of the times throughout the session and eventually posted a best time of 1min 26.456secs which was enough to edge out the Mercedes of Nico Rosberg by just 0.065secs.

Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher were third and fourth as McLaren and Mercedes proved to be the cars to beat in the first dry session of the weekend, while Mark Webber slotted into fifth place for Red Bull despite spending much of the session focusing on longer runs.
