Mark Webber insisted it was a case of 'so far, so good' for Red Bull's KERS system following practice for the Turkish Grand Prix.

The team has endured its fair share of problems with the system this season, with Webber in particular being beset by issues over the three races run so far.

With the team working to resolve the issues it has faced during the four-week break since China, Webber was able to complete his programme during the afternoon running without encountering any problems with KERS - which the Australian admitted was promising ahead of the remainder of the weekend.

"We learned quite a lot today," he said. "It's a pretty challenging venue here with the new regulations - so it was tricky for us all with the weather this morning. We had to fit a lot of our planned work in to this afternoon, but it went smoothly.

"Sebastian had an issue this morning which could happen to any of us; it just shows you can lose a session very easily. The team will share the data that we gathered this afternoon. KERS worked pretty well this afternoon - each time we use it we get more experience so, so far so good."
