Lauda: Hamilton aggression 'will result in someone getting killed'

“I feel very blessed to be here still in F1, fit, healthy and alive and still racing. There are many, many drivers that wish they could be in our position. Of course, you could always hope for things to be better, but good times do come to those who wait – so I'll just bide my time, and hope that at some stage it will be mine.”

I am not a Lewis fan but think that he is getting unfairly persecuted here. Both moves he was going for the gap and it didn't work out. Deducing from this that he is going to kill somebody is harsh man. Come on Niki hope that you aren't ever a steward.

having barely survived a near death accident, niki has more insight as to the danger of the sport. further he is a commentator on rtl and was giving his professional opinion my reading of his comments was that he did not say lulu "will kill someone" but that "someone could be killed".. that is quite different but true. if lulu punts another car into a wall or barrier, and parts of a car pass over the barrier, some bystander could be killed or seriously injured. also, with the high nose on the current cars (banned next year) there is considerable risk of a driver suffering serious head injuries in event of a t-bone. nikis comments are a warning. we cannot condone accidents just because someone is not killed. must we wait for a fatality to take action?
