Spa-Francorchamps produced yet another brilliant race on Sunday and while we might have had a very familiar winner in Sebastian Vettel, it was actually his first triumph since he won in Valencia at the end of June. It was also achieved despite some very real worries Red Bull Racing had about the safety of their cars running on blistering Pirelli tyres.

There was drama throughout, from the chaos at the first corner, to Lewis Hamilton's crash on lap 13 that brought out the safety car.

Below we have chosen a few drivers who we think stood out during the twelfth round in the championship.

But let us know who you think was the star of the day - simply click on the 'Post your comments' link below...

Sebastian Vettel:
Seventh win of the season for the defending champion, despite those concerns with the softer of the two Pirelli tyre compounds. Now extends his championship lead to 92 points [see separate story - click here].

Mark Webber:
Yet another podium for the Aussie, but what stands out most was that absolutely fabulous move on Fernando Alonso through Eau Rouge. Definitely the move of the race - and may end up being the move of the season [see separate story - click here].

Jenson Button:
Stormed back to take the final place on the rostrum, despite only qualifying 13th after a 'miscommunication' in Q2 and despite getting caught up in all the mayhem at the first corner [see separate story - click here].

Michael Schumacher:
Great comeback drive from the German after a wheel failure in Q1 left him right at the back for the start. Fifth was well deserved and his drive was a great way to mark the 20th anniversary of his F1 debut at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit [see separate story - click here].

Nico Rosberg:
May have slipped back to sixth at the end, but his start was sensational and the way he held off Sebastian Vettel and the Ferraris and held the lead in the opening few laps certainly helped to spice up proceedings.

Adrian Sutil:
Our 'wildcard' - granted he had something of a quiet race, but after crashing in qualifying and only securing 15th on the grid, to end up seventh at the flag was noteworthy.
