FIA president Jean Todt is hoping to revise Friday practice next year and have one session dedicated solely for test and reserve drivers.
His proposal has been tabled in a bit to help young drivers make the step up to the pinnacle of the sport in the wake of restrictions on in-season testing.

], the plans for Friday practice, according to reports by Finland's Turun Sanomat
, will see the current two 90-minute practice sessions split into three 60-minute sessions, with the opening one reserved solely for test and reserve drivers.
Such a proposal would be good news for the likes of McLaren's third driver Gary Paffett and Ferrari's Jules Bianchi, who would both then benefit from track time during an F1 weekend.
