PICS: Youngsters test in Abu Dhabi

Prior to leaving Abu Dhabi to head for Interlagos and the season finale, F1 teams took the chance to run a number of inexperienced drivers in the annual Young Driver Test.

The three days of running saw Jean-Eric Vergne emerge as the man to beat for Red Bull Racing while numerous drivers – including the likes of Max Chilton and Fabio Leimer – had the chance to sample F1 machinery for the first time.

All twelve F1 teams took part in the test, with suggestions that some were using the three days of running to try out potential race drivers for 2012...
