It is an ok game, but if you want to play an F1 manager game which does not ask you to pay in order to have a chance at winning, try Grand Prix Racing Online (GPRO).

Mike, as an ex GPROer myself i complained about that too, and the good news is its gona be fixed. The free version is getting live controls this next patch, so its a totally level playing field. They get my respect for that, they are definitely listening to criticisms and addressing them one by one.
