F1 fans think it is time for Massa to go

Almost 50 percent of you think Felipe Massa should be axed by Ferrari immediately

Last week, Crash.net asked you to vote on if you think it is time Ferrari replaced Felipe Massa.

The Brazilian had a lacklustre 2011 and so far this season, two scrappy performances in Australia and Malaysia, have done little to help his cause. Rumour has it, Massa has been given until Monaco in May to secure his place in the line-up, although the majority of you, think the Scuderia should dispense with his services now and bring in fresh blood alongside Fernando Alonso.

Indeed as of 12pm UK time today [Sunday, April 1], the majority - 45.57 percent of you - voted for 'yes, he should be axed now'.

The full results are as follows...

Poll results: Is it time Ferrari replaced Felipe Massa?*

Yes, he should be axed now: 45.57 percent
Yes, but not until 2013: 19.70 percent

No, he should be given a few more races: 21.38 percent
No, team should stand by him for another year: 13.34 percent

* denotes results correct as of 12pm UK time, April 1
